What are the COVID-19 procedures & guidelines?

Answer

As of May 17, 2021: •If you are fully vaccinated against the virus, you do not have to wear your mask. •If you have not been vaccinated, masks are required to be worn inside of the Great Hall and when visiting the bar & restrooms. Masks are not required when seated at your table. •Masks are not required by any of our guests during the outdoor portions of the event: ceremony and cocktail hour. We do ask that social distancing guidelines are followed. •PPE is required to be worn by all staff for the full duration of the event. •The BVI has installed a plexiglass barrier to limit the contact of our bartenders with guests and has installed hand sanitizer stations throughout The Great Hall. •Masks are not required while dancing but we do ask that social distancing guidelines are followed.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Book yourself a babysitter and enjoy your night free of the little ones.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-Formal, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Everything is right on site at Bedford Village Inn, so no shuttle necessary! If you need assistance getting from one side of the resort to the other, complimentary property-wide transportation can be provided. Please see our Accommodations tab for hotel information.
