When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on this website or to Raegan, (509)551-9505 by August 1, 2023 in order to save your seat and dinner! If you miss the deadline, please still let us know so we can try to accommodate you, but you may need to bring a lawn chair and a sandwich!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 4:15 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal/casual. Heels are not recommended.

If there is a plus one attached to your invite, your date is more than welcome! Please RSVP accordingly by 8/1/2023!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There will be parking on site as well as space to camp!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not transportation. The venue is located 45 minutes from the Tri-Cities, please plan accordingly if you plan to celebrate late into the night. There is camping on site. Whatever you decide, please be safe!

Answer

There are no hookups to electricity or water, but space for your trailer or tent! Access to bathrooms and running water. Bring your camping essentials: bug spray, etc.
