Where to park complimentary for the reception?
Answer
Power and Light - KC Live Block Public Parking Garage Located at 151 E. 13th Street between Grand and Walnut. Take a ticket to enter the garage. When you arrive at the Midland, you will receive a “chaser ticket” from the security guard. When you go to exit the garage, first insert the garage ticket, followed by the “chaser ticket” to receive complimentary parking. Walking directions to Midland Theatre – exit garage onto 13th Street, walk 1 block west to Main Street – enter at 1228 Main Street.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

BLACK TIE Preferred We would love for you to get dressed up with us! We ask that the men wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. We ask that the women wear an evening gown, floor length, or midi dress.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

If you receive a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and on the website RSVP under your name. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest (if applicable). Due to limited space and to stay on a budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration. We are only able to accommodate the guests that are formally invited on your invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE WEDDING VENUE?
Answer
St. Michael the Archangel, where the wedding will be held has two parking lots on either side of the church to accommodate all of our guests who choose to drive themselves. The reception will have parking to accommodate all of our guests who choose to drive themselves.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE WEDDING CEREMONY?
Answer
After the Wedding Mass, the wedding party will be taking photos nearby for approximately 2 hours. Guests can do anything in their free time, check out THINGS TO DO. Cocktail Hour with beverages and hors d'oeuvres at The Midland Theater that will begin at 5:30pm for all guests before the reception begins. Due to Kansas City's banquet liquor laws alcoholic beverages will start being poured strictly at 5:30pm.
