About the venue
Answer
We are having our Ceremony and Reception at Pine Mountain Chalets Club Resort in the Alpine Center & Lake Pavillion. This is a resort with 100's of cabins and plenty of room for you and your family to stay within walking distance from the ceremony and reception area. These cabins are pet-friendly, but the ceremony/reception area is not.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation. Another option is to call the Bride/Groom and tell them if you will or will not attend. If you cannot make it, you will be missed! Please update your RSVP as soon as possible to inform us in advance!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please arrive at the venue 15-30 minutes early to park and to be seated.

Are children invited?
Answer
While we love your children, please use this as a date night and leave the little ones with a sitter!

Cell phones?
Answer
NO cell phones during the ceremony. Please take all the pictures and videos you want at the reception and hashtag #SewellReynoldsWedding.

The reception will end at 10PM

What do I wear?
Answer
Semi Formal or Cocktail Attire Examples: Women - Dresses, Gowns, Jumpsuits, Pantsuits Men - Suits, Dress pants and button ups NO white or ANY variation of white! Examples include cream, beige, nude, extremely light pinks or blues that appear to be white. This is a November wedding so darker fall/winter colors and jewel tones are encouraged!

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony (weather permitting) will be held outdoors at the Alpine Center & Lake Pavillion, and the reception will be held indoors at the same location. The average high in November in Pine Mountain, GA is 70° F The average low in November in Pine Mountain, GA is 44° F

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes, parking is available at the Alpine Center. There will be someone there to direct traffic.

What's for dinner?

We will have a BBQ buffet catered by Buddy Row. Make sure you RSVP for a correct headcount!!!

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted at the venue. Our venue does not allow Liquor. We will offer select beers, hard seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages such as sweet tea and lemonade.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to a limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation. Please discuss this with the groom and bride before bringing someone. ALL guests who plan on eating or having a seat MUST RSVP.

Can I smoke?
Answer
Cigarettes are allowed in designated areas on the property. There is to be no smoking or vaping inside of the venue. There is to be NO cannabis/weed or any other drug use at this venue. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Can I bring a pet?
Answer
No, pets are not permitted with the exception of service animals.
