Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony & reception?

Answer

A shuttle will be available to transport out-of-town guests from the Hilton to the Ceremony and reception. Ceremony Departure: 1:00 PM from Hilton Akron/Fairlawn Reception Departure: 5:00 PM and 5:40 PM from Hilton Akron/Fairlawn A shuttle will also be available at the end of the evening to transport guests from the reception back to the Hilton. Yes, please see the Travel page on this website for the link to our wedding block at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn. Please refer to the "Roth-Reyna Wedding." If you would like to choose another hotel, we suggest Fairlawn, Downtown Akron & Cuyahoga Falls.

Will masks be provided and/or required?

Answer

We kindly request that you wear the masks that we will have provided at the ceremony and reception sites so that you fit our color scheme and semi-formal attire. Masks will be required at the ceremony and seating will be socially distanced. Masks will also be required at the reception unless actively eating or drinking. Masks need to be worn if up and out of your seat, traveling throughout the venue.

What are the COVID-19 policies/restrictions/considerations?

Masks need to be worn if up and out of your seat, traveling throughout the venue. Tables will be spaced per CDC guidelines. Hand sanitizer will be available at each table at the reception. We will also have wrist bands available for guests to wear to identify your comfort level and help respect your boundaries: White - If you prefer to wave and keep your distance Gold - If you prefer elbow bumps and approaching with caution Black - If you prefer handshakes and hugs
