A shuttle will be available to transport out-of-town guests from the Hilton to the Ceremony and reception. Ceremony Departure: 1:00 PM from Hilton Akron/Fairlawn Reception Departure: 5:00 PM and 5:40 PM from Hilton Akron/Fairlawn A shuttle will also be available at the end of the evening to transport guests from the reception back to the Hilton. We kindly request that you wear the masks that we will have provided at the ceremony and reception sites so that you fit our color scheme and semi-formal attire. Masks will be required at the ceremony and seating will be socially distanced. Masks will also be required at the reception unless actively eating or drinking. Masks need to be worn if up and out of your seat, traveling throughout the venue.
