Average weather in Palm Springs at the end of November is high 79°/low 52°(F). Sun sets at around 4:40 pm. You may want to consider a light jacket at the event is fully outdoors. 

Many of the attendees are staying at the Renaissance Palm Springs (see below).

Uber and Lyft are available from Palm Springs to The Lautner Compound.
Limited street parking is available around the Compound.

At the end of the event for guests departing at 9 pm and 11 pm there is a shuttle provided that will take you to the Renaissance Palm Springs.
