For a Hindu wedding ceremony, a traditional Indian attire is preferred but if you do not have an Indian outfit, a semi-formal attire (dresses, suits and sport coat) are appropriate. Please avoid wearing red (traditionally a bride's outfit color) and black. We will add few of our favorite websites to shop for Indian attire as we get closer to the wedding. For reception, the attire would be more formal so most people would change outfit for the evening reception.
We will have a 2.5 hr buffer period between end of the ceremony and start of the Cocktail hour. Guest can go back to their accommodation to relax and/or change before the party begins!
A formal invite will be mailed to you. Once you receive the formal invite you can RSVP on this website for the events that you plan to attend.
