Shuttle

For your convenience, a shuttle service will be provided. Both hotels will serve as a pick-up and drop-off location before and after the wedding. Shuttles to Rivercrest Farm for the Ceremony will be provided at 3:45PM and 4:30PM. Additional shuttles will be provided at 5:15PM and 6:00PM for Cocktail Hour and the Reception, should you be unable to make it to the Ceremony. Return shuttles from the farm to the hotels will be provided at 10:00PM, 11:00PM and 12:00AM. Seats are limited, so if you are unable to take the shuttle, please drive to the farm and if need be you can take the shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night. We want you to enjoy yourself and not have to worry about driving. You may leave your car at the farm and pick it up in the morning.

Directions and Parking

If you are not staying at one of the hotels and plan on driving right to the venue see directions below: We are located on 120 acres along the Tuscarawas River and adjacent to a thousand-acre Boy Scout camp. If you are coming from 77, take exit 93/Bolivar. Turn left on Route 212 and follow to Route 800. Turn left on to Route 800. Turn right at first intersection, which is Route 212 East continued. Boy Scout Road is your first right. The farm is 1 mile from the turn on the right hand side. Parking is located in the driveway to the right. Additional parking is across Boy Scout Road on the left. If you are a wedding guest, please look for our parking attendants. They will direct you.
