If there are no rooms left on our room block that does not mean there are no rooms left at the hotel, it just means there are no discounted rooms left. A note on pricing: Our room block rate is $269/night, however, after taxes & fees, it comes out to ~$338/night. This is one of the cheaper rates in the area during this time of year. Shuttle
Wedding Day Shuttle
March 30, 2024 2:30 pm
(This is for ALL guests, not just those staying at the DoubleTree hotel). Please be at the DoubleTree hotel by 2:10pm. You must be on the shuttle by 2:15pm. They will wait for 10 minutes and then leave at 2:25pm sharp. If you miss the shuttle you will need to find your own way to the venue. Parking at the venue is not allowed. Please note, this shuttle will go to our DoubleTree hotel (there are several) - 5401 N. Scottsdale Rd. Scottsdale, AZ. The shuttle ride is 1 hour. Please use the restroom before boarding.

We have picked a hotel in a central location where anything you could want is a very short uber/golf cart ride away or even a walk if you're up to it. We will also have shuttles to and from the wedding. Please note that if you do choose to rent a car, they will not be allowed at our wedding venue as there will be no spaces for them to park.
