Hotel Shuttle to Event

4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

This is an RSVP for the shuttle to travel to the wedding venue and the partnering hotel Embassy Suites by Hilton Milpitas Silicon Valley. There is limited space, so please RSVP as soon as possible if you will be needing transportation arrangements so that we can get an accurate headcount.

Guests Arrive

4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

Please join us for drinks while enjoying this beautiful garden. Here are the things to expect when you arrive: - By the entrance, take a picture of your party using the polaroid camera provided and put your picture on the wedding guest board. - By the entrance, take a welcome gift which will be useful to you during the event - Find your name on the seating chart and find your table. Get to know the people seated next to you as you might need their help for the wedding games. - Enjoy the garden's views, free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and sweets, and be excited to see the bride and groom

Renewal of Vows

5:15 pm - 5:45 pm

The bride and groom will be renewing their marriage vows at this time. Please be seated in your assigned seats for this event.

First Dance

5:45 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail hour

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Please join us for dancing, drinks, and pictures during sunset!

Dinner

7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Dinner and drinks are served!

Reception

8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Enjoy drinks and sweets after dinner, in addition to dancing!
