Question
Will there be a shuttle provided?
Answer
If you are staying in a house at Mountain Top, you can call the front desk to request the shuttle pick you up for the ceremony as well as back to your house at any time in the night. If you are staying at Killington Mountain Lodge or Fox Creek Inn, see below for the pick up schedule. The shuttles will depart Mountain Top and drop off at both hotels after the Reception at 10pm and again at 12:30am. Killington Mountain Lodge: 2:50pm pick up Fox Creek Inn: 3:15 pick up

What can I expect at the welcome party?
Answer
The welcome party will take place in the Tavern at Mountain Top, which is located below the lobby. There will be a full service bar as well as assorted sliders, a pizza bar, and campfire s'mores. We hope to see you there!

Where will the wedding take place?
Answer
All events will take place at Mountain Top Resort. When you enter the lobby, head down the stairs. The ceremony will be on the patio directly outside of the Tavern. The cocktail hour will then move inside on the lower level of the lobby in the restaurant and Tavern. The reception will be in the barn which is down the patio path from where the ceremony was held. When the reception is over, the after party will continue in the barn!

Can we bring children to the wedding?

We love ALL of your children; however, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration.

Is there a wedding room block?
Answer
Yes! We have a room block reserved at Mountain Top Resort for Monday, 12/30 and Tuesday, 12/31. The rates are valid for two nights; however, a two night stay is not required. Please call the front desk to reserve your room (802.483.2311). We have also secured a room block at Killington Mountain Lodge, and a discounted rate at the Best Western Inn & Suites. Please see the Travel tab for additional information on how to reserve a room.

What is the dress code for the wedding events?

Welcome Party: Dressy Casual Wedding: Festive Formal - We encourage you to dress your New Years best! Sequins, sparkles, velvet, tux, suit, all are welcome! Please wear what makes you happy :)

Is there parking available?
Answer
Parking is available directly across from the Inn. If you are staying in one of the guest houses on the property, you can call the front desk and they will send the shuttle to pick you up before the ceremony. The shuttles will bring you back to your house on the Resort until 2am.
