We're FINALLY getting married!

Kelly and DJ weren't always a match made in heaven. They met in Mrs. Beaver's Kindergarten class. Although they don't remember much, DJ must not have made a good first impression, because Kelly drew a big 'X' over his face in their Kindergarten yearbook. After that, DJ went to a different Elementary school, and they met again in 5th grade. They were friends until 7th grade, when Kelly texted DJ, "So are you going to ask me out?" (shocking right?) Since that night (April 18, 2011), Kelly and DJ have gone through so many ups and downs, but they've always made it through. Both went to Widener University in Chester, PA. Kelly attended all of DJ's soccer games, and DJ helped Kelly study every time there was a nursing exam. After college, they moved back home and eventually found their perfect little house in Linglestown and moved in together after almost 12 years (April 16, 2023). In September, they went on a short trip to Denver, CO, where DJ proposed at the end of a hike in Rocky Mountain National Park. At the end of 2023, Kelly and DJ both turned 26, meaning they've spent half their lives together, considering they started 'dating' when they were 13. It's been a crazy journey so far, but they wouldn't have it any other way.
