We are so excited to finally celebrate with our friends and family this summer! Please join us for a laid back evening full of BBQ, dancing and camping. Feel free to come when you can and join us as long as you like. There will be plenty of room for social distancing outside as we celebrate on the Townsend Farm in the barn. Attire is casual to semiformal. We can't wait to see everyone we love soon!!
We are so sad that we are unable to celebrate our big day with all of our favorite people. However, we are excited to celebrate with everyone in June 2021! If you are interested in joining our ceremony virtually on June 20, 2020 you will find everything you need here. A week before our ceremony we will post a link here on our website. We love and miss you all, Ellie & Regan
It’s no secret that Regan and I have been dating for a little while. However, after nine years together, I have a confession to make. Our love story together started with me stalking Regan. Okay, not “call the cops” stalking, just a bit of Facebook stalking. Sophomore year I ran into Regan at Safeway after school and I remember thinking, “That kid is cute, I could totally date him.” Naturally a forward and pushy person, I found Regan’s phone number on Facebook and asked for the math assignment I had already finished. A few weeks later we went on our first date and the rest is history. Since sophomore year of high school, there have only been a few minor life events. We both graduated high school and attended University of Portland where Regan could be found shirtless, chest painted on the sidelines of Women’s Soccer games. After graduating, Regan started a job in Hood River Oregon while I chased my dream of playing professional soccer both in Portland and in Germany. When Regan came to visit me abroad, we both caught a travel bug and have since traveled to Holland, Ireland, Scotland, Germany and the Bahamas. A few weeks before I started graduate school at George Fox University, Regan took me out to dinner to celebrate my confirmation into the Catholic Church. Before dinner we took a stroll on the Vancouver waterfront and suddenly, I found him on one knee with the most beautiful ring. The surprises continued when we walked into the restaurant to find our families waiting for us. Although Regan’s ten-year plan was cut short, the last nine years tackling life together has been full of growth, adventure and love. We are looking forward to celebrating with our family, friends and God. Thank you for being a part of our journey, we appreciate all your love and support over the years. We can’t wait to see you soon! Xoxo Ellie and Regan
