When should we arrive ?
Answer
Please arrive about 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled in! If you are flying in please be sure to be in town at least a day ahead .

What should we bring ?
Answer
Guest can bring their own beer or beverage of choice to leave with the servers so when you want your own beverage , you can have it and it’ll be stored safely . Please for gifts only bring cards and keep them for after the wedding . We do not want to carry a bunch of gifts on our wedding night ! Guest are welcomed to use our registry or use our website for our address so you can send gifts to our home . Appreciate it !

Guest are responsible for their flights and hotels . We are celebrating in Sandsprings Oklahoma

What are we eating and drinking ?
Answer
We will be having a bbq catering company come in a food truck! They will provide a menu for you to choose from . Options are chicken and brisket plus sides ! Lemonade and sweat tea will be available on the truck . Other soft drinks will be inside at the cafeteria . Alcohol drinks are to be served AFTER people get their plates so they can be out as soon as possible . Bring ID and tip money!

What activities are we doing
Answer
During dinner we will allow a few people to make toasts and we will do activity cards to connect ! After dinner and cards , bride and dad will be doing a dance and mother and groom . After all that we will dance , have desert and DANCE! Event will end at 10 . Please make sure to pick up trash and stack your chair when leaving . Thank you!

When should we RSVP?
Answer
We would like for everyone to RSVP by august 1st . If we don’t hear back from you , we’re assuming you’re not coming .
