The closest airport to the venue is Florence International Airport (FLR) or Pisa International Airport (PSA), although you may find less expensive flights in/out of Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). From FCO, you can take the high speed train into Florence (1 hour).
We recommend to book your train ticket a couple months in advance.

There will be a bus from Florence leaving Friday, May 10th to the venue. Time and location TBD.
We recommend a private car if you cannot make the shuttle. TripAdvisor is a good resource for finding private transfers throughout Italy.
