Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will have shuttles running from the Woodstock Inn to the welcome dinner and to the ceremony. We will also make sure there are rides to the Inn from any of the other houses that guests are renting out so that nobody has to worry about driving! We will provide more information about timing of shuttles as the date gets closer.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Really, we just want you to be comfortable! But for some guidelines, the attire to the welcome dinner at SILO will be business casual. For the wedding, dress will be cocktail attire. Sports coats or suits for men, dresses for women. Weather in Vermont in the beginning of September can be very variable, with temps anywhere in the 40's to the 80's. As the ceremony along with after dinner drinks and music will be outside if the weather cooperates, please bring jackets/shawls/down jackets/hats/gloves etc. to make sure you are comfortable. Also keep this in mind when determining footwear. A lot of the afternoon/evening will be outside on the dirt/grass so would recommend leaving the stilettos at home!

Yes! Any special dietary requests can be noted in the invitation to follow

Are there other weekend events planned?

Answer

Please look at the schedule tab for all of the events planned for the weekend. Everyone is invited to all of the events and we would love for you to be at all of them! However, we understand traveling could get in the way. You will be able to RSVP to each event on this website or on the upcoming invite you will receive in the mail.
