Maid of Honor
Renae and Rachel met as Membership Candidates for Kappa Kappa Psi at Kennesaw State University and became fast friends. They were both involved in many musical ensembles together, including the Wind Ensemble and The Marching Owls. Renae plans to graduate with a Music Education Degree in May 2023, and is currently student teaching at the Middle School level and loving every minute of it. Rachel will be Renae's Matron of Honor in her wedding in October. Be sure to ask her about her cat babies!
Best Man
Michael and Austin have known each other since they first played trombone together in the 8th Grade at Creekland Middle School. They played in band together through Collins Hill High School in multiple ensembles, both concert and marching, and ended up being College Roomates for 5 years at Kennesaw State University. Michael is currently working for Georgia Tech Research Institute on many fabulous projects! Be sure to tell Michael a ludicrous scientific "fact", so that he can make sure you know that it is in fact not science.
Sister and Bridesmaid
You can find Meghan and Rachel driving around listening to music, sipping on coffee, or watching TikToks. Meghan humbles Rachel with her opinions on the daily (like most sisters do). Meghan is planning to graduate High School in May, is enrolled in Cosmetology School, and will be doing the Bride's and Bridesmaids' hair for the wedding. Rachel is very grateful that she gets a built-in best friend for life in her sister!
Sister and Groomsman
Austin and Amberly base their relationship almost entirely through art, whether it be in their past theatre experiences, musical performances, or in writing, as art in many forms was always present during their upbringing. You can often find Amberly deep into writing on various topics on many different social networking sights as writing is one of her true passions, especially various fan-fiction sharing sites. Amberly is currently looking for work, but hopes one day to be able to use writing as her main source of income.
Bridesmaid
Caitlin and Rachel met during their time in Kappa Kappa Psi at Kennesaw State University, and naturally became friends as fellow flute players. They performed in the KSUMB together, and spent a lot of their time doing service projects for the bands. Caitlin just recently graduated from KSU with a Degree in International Business, in addition to a Degree in French. Caitlin always has a clever joke ready and will always be up for making you laugh. She also loves her cats, and could very well be the next contestant on the Great British Baking Show.
Groomsman
Nick and Austin have been good friends since they met at Creekland Middle School in the band program. Following Nick's lead as an Eagle Scout, they have spent lots of time together outside hiking, in marching band in high school, and even worked on Nick's Eagle Scout Project together at one point. Be sure to ask Nick about his time playing the Tyranophone during his time in school! Another of Austin's former roommates, Nick and Austin have been constant friends even as Nick travels for his work with Gray Wolf Steel.
Bridesmaid
Za'Kiya and Rachel met when Za'Kiya joined the KSU Flute Studio during her first semester at Kennesaw State University. Their bond only got stronger during their time in Kappa Kappa Psi. In addition to playing together in the Flute Studio, they also performed together in the KSUMB. Za'Kiya is planning to graduate with Music Education degree in May 2023, and is currently student teaching at the Elementary School level. They also share a love for pickles, but will fight over whether or not they should be dipped into peanut butter!
Groomsman
Harrison and Austin met during their time in the KSUMB and are both trombone players. Austin describes Harrison as a peer he can look up to, as Harrison helped him settle into his time at KSU. Austin and Harrison both served as Section Leaders during their time in the marching program before Harrison was the 3rd Drum Major for for Program's History. Additionally they have spent many hours together performing in multiple ensembles across campus including the Marching Band, Jazz 2, and The Hoo Basketball Band. Harrison also convinced Austin to join Kappa Kappa Psi, and they still work together on the Kappa Kappa Psi Nu Mu Alumni Association.
Bridesmaid
Jasmine and Rachel met in a Music in Society Class in college, and quickly became close friends. In fact, Jasmine says that Rachel was her first friend at KSU! They have been involved in many musical events and performances together during their time in college, such as performing in the KSUMB, traveling to Chicago for the Midwest Clinic, and multiple Kappa Kappa Psi events. Jasmine is planning to graduate with a degree in Music Education in May 2023 and is currently student teaching at the Middle School Level. Jasmine is a phenomenal conductor, and has been the Head Drum Major for two different Drum Corps!
Groomsman
Wyl and Austin joined the KSUMB at the same time 2016 and marched together for 6 straight years. During that time they got to know each other through countless performances between the Marching Band, the Basketball Band, and various Wind Ensembles including the Jazz 1 group at the Dr. Bobbie Bailey School of Music. Additionally, they are line brothers for both Kappa Kappa Psi and Phi Mu Alpha. There was rarely a musical event that happened at KSU that you didn't see both Austin and Wyl either serving or performing the art of music. Wyl has composed music for the KSUMB, as well as released his own songs that you can find on multiple streaming platforms under the name DaBigYL!
Bridesmaid
Emily and Rachel first met while Emily was visiting KSU during a college tour when she was in High School. Ever since then, Emily and Rachel have been very good friends throughout college. They have spent many hours together at KSU involved in joint service and social projects for Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma, as well as working together as baristas in their limited spare time. Emily is current student teaching at the Middle School Level, and plans to graduate from in May of 2023 with a degree in Music Education. Rachel and Emily share a love for tea and dramatic cooking shows!
Groomsman
Austin and Nick met each other during their time in The Marching Owls at Kennesaw State University. They spent many hours yelling and cheering on the various KSU Sports teams, especially in the stands with the marching band, as well as the Basketball Band. Additionally, Nick and Austin spent a lot of time with each other during their involvement in Phi Mu Alpha, Kappa Kappa Psi, and Tau Beta Sigma Fraternities and Sororities, as well as on the KSUMB Truck Crew. You can now hear Nick's voice at multiple Kennesaw Sports Events where he regularly serves as the announcer for the games, including as the current Voice of the Marching Owls during halftime!

Noah and Austin first met at Duluth First Baptist Church through mutual friends during middle school, and quickly became good friends while attending Collins Hill High School through the band program. During his time at Kennesaw State University, Noah would practice Parkour at the house he and Austin were roomates in, and is now officially a Parkour Pirate at Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show in Myrtle Beach, SC. If you ask him really nicely he may do a backflip for you, or at the very least show you a magic trick!
