Melanie Trevino
Matron of Honor
Melanie is Tiffany's one and only sister. She's been her role model for as long as she can remember. As little kids they could barely stand each other, Tiffany would steal Melanie's love notes and turn them over to their mom while Melanie in retaliation would dress up Tiffany in ugly outfits. Time passed and they grew to be each other's best friend. Melanie is a wonderful mom to 3 kids and stepmom to 3 teenagers. She's one of the strongest women you will meet. She is a chemist by profession and currently lives in Louisiana.
Felipe Ramos
Best Man
Felipe is Santos's older brother, and even though he may not know it - he is one of Santos's main role models. Santos started looking up to Felipe when he won a couple of state championships in Mexico playing Chess. They bonded over playing many "chilenitas" at home, which in their world "chilenitas" just stood for playing soccer inside the house. After many broken windows and furniture, mom and dad banned them from ever playing inside the house again. Felipe lives in Matamoros, Mexico (Santos's hometown) and is a Mechatronics Engineer by profession.
Bridget Campos
Maid of Honor
Bridget is Tiffany's childhood best friend. They met in 6th grade and bonded over Nintendo games and makeup - still to this day they often talk about Super Mario and eyeshadow palettes. Although they had a bit of hiccup in high school their friendship survived and has continued to thrive throughout college and now as professionals. Bridget is full of life and there will never be a dull moment when she is around. She is a recent mom to a baby girl and is studying to become a licensed physical therapist.
Jesus Ramos
Best Man
Jesus is Santos's younger brother, and boy is he the baby of the house. Jesus is currently a financial analyst living in Austin, Texas. He enjoys being the life of the party, and loves to have a good time. Santos and Jesus bonded over music, talking and playing basketball and long daily drives while commuting between Mexico and Texas. Like any other siblings, playing a couple rounds of "luchitas" would usually go wrong and getting even was always the worse but somehow the funniest part.
Marcela Castano
Bridesmaid
Marcela is Tiffany's Colombian soul sister. They met at work during a training and immediately hit it off that it feels like they have known each other forever. At work they are often mistaken for each other, some people even have gotten a bit offended because they think we have forgotten who they are! Marcela has a huge heart and is incredibly down to earth. Marcela has made our transition to Ohio so enjoyable that we feel we are part of her Colombian family. Tiffany adores Marcela - she is a brilliant scientist, avid hiker, and loving dog mom.
Alex Ramos
Groomsman
Although they have the same last names, Santos and Alex are not related. However, if you were to see them together you might just think they are. Alex and Santos met through their fraternity, and have been friends since they met back in 2014. They are both Civil engineers, and love to have long phone conversations sharing ideas and experiences in the workforce. Before being professionals, they bonded over eating subway, working on homework/projects together, and pulling all-nighters while studying for exams.
Karter Rae Suir
Flower Girl
Karter is our niece and Melanie's daughter. She's also Klyde twin - she's the older sibling by a minute! She is naturally kind and patient. She is loving and cares so much for others. The color gold is her favorite color. She loves being outdoors and catching/releasing lizards. When she grows up she wants to be doctor like her pediatrician.
Klyde Ray Suir
Ring Bearer
Klyde is our nephew and Melanie's son. He is also Karter's twin - yes, the younger of the two! He is full of energy and loves to play. Aunt Tiffany and him often team up to annoy Uncle Santos. When he grows up he says he wants to be builder and builds things.
Rosario Solis
Mother of the Bride
Rosario is Tiffany's mom. She has always been her kid's biggest fan. She was a stay at home mom for a long time and cooks some of the best Mexican food you can eat. Living away from each other, Tiffany loves to recreate her dishes since that helps with the nostalgia. Rosario loves to laugh and talk, she can hold a conversation for hours. One of her weaknesses are casinos - she can be there all day! She is a bank teller and is a loving partner to her husband Horacio and dog mom to 4 doggies.
Juany Muniz
Mother of the Groom
The "Maestra Juanita" is Santos's mother. Santos still remembers going out with his mom to run an errand and someone always greeting his mom as the "Maestra Juanita". Though she grew up without a mother, she did an amazing job taking care and shaping 3 boys to become professionals and succeed in life. Her boys would not be where they are without her support. She's a retired teacher and loves spending her time hanging out with her husband, playing "loteria" with her sisters and friends, and giving her kids a call.
Mario Trevino
Father of the Bride
Mario is Tiffany's dad. He always made it a point to stress the importance of education to his kids. In addition he showed his kids how a strong work ethic and good moral principles are essential to life. Living away from home, Tiffany doesn't see her dad as much as she would like but she often sees how his teachings have impacted her every day to day. He loves to read and watch TV and likes to live an active lifestyle - he has a much better diet and exercise routine than most 20/30 year olds! He has worked night shift at Target for over two decades and he hopes to retire in the next couple of years.
Juan Pablo Ramos
Father of the Groom
Juan Pablo is Santos's Father, however - don't let the name fool you as Pablito is definitely not related to Pope John Paul II. Jokes aside, Pablo is Santos's biggest role model. They share a love and passion for baseball that continues to this day. In fact, Pablo was Santos's coach for most of his younger years and showed him the value of hard work and dedication among other values. Values that carry over to present day and allow for his kids to continue succeeding in life.
