Ready Orr Not, we're getting married!

Tracy's Perspective: It all started at the Carrollton 24 Hour Fitness Gym. I was, and still am, a member of the spin class. Nick was, and still is, an avid weight lifter/show off (ha ha). After several weeks/months of eye flirting and passing admiring glances at each other, Nick finally “put himself” in my pathway while I was on the way out of the gym. He says that I spoke first *rolls eyes*, but I don’t recall this. Lol. I MAYBE passed a first word of “hey” since he was staring so hard and from there, we began… Nick's Perspective: We met at the 24 hour fitness on Trinity Mills Rd. I would be working out every morning doing weights and cardio and she would be in the spin class. While I was working out, I would look at her every day, but never could catch her outside the class. One morning, I decided I would do an abs workout, which I knew would be in her pathway to the exit…and she would have to pass by me. I jumped at the opportunity to speak to her and get her phone number!

Tracy's perspective.... Nick and I had been dating for about 3 months. Honestly, I was hesitant and apprehensive about the whole thing from the beginning. I had been so wounded from my previous relationships and was skeptical that I could no longer trust my judgment that I did not give in so easily to allow Nick into my heart. He had done so many things to win me over, but in this final effort, I just KNEW. I came to his apartment one evening; we spent a LOT of time in his apt as I was staying with Trudy at the time (PTL for Trudy!). Nick had gone shopping and had gotten a bunch of items that he knew I would like, to make me more comfortable at his apt – everything from comfy pillows for the couch to my fav drink (if you know me, you know what this is! *wink*)! Nick had gone to take the trash out right after he showed me the items and, he didn’t know at the time, but I immediately broke into tears!!! This was the first time that any man had gone so far to incorporate me into their home, or better yet, into their life! After that, I knew he loved me and that he was the one for me! Nick's perspective.... I knew when we went on our first date on the Trinity River Bridge. Everything was going well and I had made plans for us to go to a BBQ place that I knew Tracy would love. Things never work out the way you want them to, so of course, it was closed. I didn’t know what to do! We ended up driving around town, talking, exploring and we found a taco place that Tracy suggested. We had such a good care-free time that after that date, I knew Tracy was the one.
