Brandon and I met through a mutual friend. We were both very hesitant at first, but once we officially met, that was it! I will never forget that first night by a wimpy fire in my backyard. I could have sat out there and listened to stories of his grandfather forever!!! His gentleness, simplicity of life, and love for my sweet Rory was the icing on the cake!! After that first night meeting each other, we spent most of our hours outside of work together and eventually moved in together. We brought home a furry new friend for Rory and a camper and enjoyed our weekends away when we could!! After a few years, we stumbled upon a home we loved with much more land and room to grow. Together, we purchased a huge milestone in our story!!! A few months later, we started off 2023 as an ENGAGED couple and the wedding planning began!!! Fast forward a few short weeks, and we have yet another huge milestone marked off!!! I was home on the couch, sick as could be, and shortly after 2am was making the most exciting/nervous/crazy phone call to interrupt Brandon's night at work.... I had the joy of informing him that we're gonna be PARENTS (the news just couldn't wait)!!!! Our love journey has been, by far, the easiest and smoothest journey of anything I've ever experienced. I know, full well, that God had His hand in this relationship from the start and we cannot wait to see what He has in store for our future as we start a family and celebrate our marriage with our friends and loved ones!!! We are so unbelievably blessed!!!
