The ceremony and the reception will both be held at the Boston University Hillel, located at 213 Bay State Rd, Boston, MA 02215.
We ask that all guests who are medically able be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and up-to-date on boosters. We also ask that everyone take a rapid COVID-19 test prior to the event. In consideration of other guests who are medically vulnerable, if you do test positive, we ask that you watch the streamed version of the ceremony rather than attending the event in person. Masks will also be available at the venue for those who feel more comfortable wearing one.
The ceremony livestream can be accessed here: https://vimeo.com/event/4304492 No login or subscription is required to view the livestream. If you are prompted for one, just go ahead and click the "x" to ignore.
All of the food will be kosher (KVH supervision), peanut free, and tree nut free, and vegetarian food will be available. If you have any additional concerns, you can reach us at: rburton@brandeis.edu
Yes, there is dedicated parking available at one of the BU parking lots. If you are driving to the venue, please contact us and we will provide you with a QR code and directions. We strongly recommend against chancing street parking, as there is a ballgame happening that same day at the neighboring Fenway Park. You can reach us at: rburton@brandeis.edu
Due to venue limitations, the children of invitees are not invited to the ceremony or the reception.
