We just want everyone to feel comfortable and have fun. Our own wedding party is dressed in things like khakis and sundresses, so no need to be extra formal, but you're welcome to dress to the nines if you wish! Remember that the entire venue is outdoors, so be mindful.
The venue is mostly outdoors, including the cobblestone dancefloor! Dinner will be under a tent, and we do have some indoor backup accommodations in case of inclement weather. There are many activities to do aside from dancing including horseshoes, pool, trails to walk, a bon fire, and a swing! Despite being outdoors, the venue does have fully functional, flushable, accessible bathrooms (not porta potties) for anyone concerned.
Please, the sooner the better! We have August 1st as the deadline, but if you know for sure, we'd rather know ahead of time to make planning go as smoothly as possible.
We will be serving beer, wine, and a small variety of mixed drinks at no cost to our guests! Please be mindful that we have hired a bartender to serve said drinks. Even though the drinks are free, our bartender will be accepting tips, so bring cash to thank her for helping us out!
There is a shuttle that will be going back and forth from the Hilton that is listed under our "travel" page. If you wish to ride the shuttle you will either have to stay or meet up at this hotel.
We have been together a very long time (living in sin, we know!) We certainly do not expect anything at all, just your presence is enough for us! We are very grateful for your generosity in wanting to get us a gift, and we will of course always accept! If you wish to gift us anything, we would most prefer contributions towards our Ski Trip Honeymoon. There is a honeymoon fund on our "registry" page or you can give monetary gifts in cards...we simply have enough stuff!
