Maid of Honor
I have known Melissa since sophomore year of high school, what used to be calling each others names playfully through the halls became a 10+ years friendship. We've literally seen each grow up from emotional teens into who we are now, strong women. Melissa is a great friend and supporter to us as a couple. She's part of the reason we got together as she encouraged me to give Andre a shot. Good job lady! Love you!
Best Man
I met Kenton my freshman year of college after some shenanigans in the halls of the 8th floor of Johnson B and now he is my Brother in Christ and truly apart of my family. From there, our friendship has been on of the most consistent things in my life for the last 12+ years. Many good times and some very low times, he truly is one of the Best Men that I know.
Bridesmaid
Amber is basically my sister! As kids we had a group called "West Side Cuties." I have more memories of Amber in my life than I have without her! Amber is the tell it like it is friend but always with love. She fights for the people she cares about. I love her dearly!
Groomsman
I met Josh through his Twin sister Jasmine and attending their church while in College. Our friendship grew after college, when I moved to the apartments across the Street from his home and after I joined Promised Land Ministries as my home church. Josh is truly my brother and someone I know I can trust to have my back no matter what (he has proven this on more than one occasion).
Bridesmaid
Jasmine is another "sister" in our quartet (West Side Cuties)! Jasmine has always been there and the fashionista of the group! Jasmine and I were the oldest of the group and boy did we flaunt it! lol From Jay and Rae's kitchen, to friendly competitions, we thought we were all that! I love her!
Groomsman
KJ and I met in College when we took a Creative Writing course together. He was a better writer than me, so I asked for his help on a project and from there we started to hang out. KJ told me his dream of being a professional wrestler, and in that moment, I truly believed he could do it. After college we truly became brothers when he was in his wrestling training and we spoke almost every day of that training each week. From traveling hours to shows and leaning on each other for advice and encouragement, I am happy and proud to call this man a brother and Groomsman.
Bridesmaid
Crystal, or as a call her "Bre" is also an original West Side Cutie! Bre is the "keep it real" friend and such a grounding force. Bre has always been a sort of mediator although I didn't piece that together until years later lol! Bre is hilarious and always reminds me of the misadventures of our childhood, Proud to call her a sister!
Groomsman
Kygh and I met in High School, but our friendship grew after college. From consistently going to see the newest movies together, to traveling, and even just family get togethers, he is definitely someone I consider my brother and someone I am honored to have as a Groomsman.
Bridesmaid
I met Abelline while at Ball State University, we both worked at McDonald's and had common enemy which solidified our friendship. We decided to go shopping that very day and I haven't been able to shake her since! From long study sessions, to spontaneous and somewhat crazy adventures, and through the ups and down, she's my girl. Love you lady!
Groomsman
I met X in College at the gym playing basketball together. From there we started hanging out, but it wasn't until after college, with a misleading invitation to see Get Out (I was unaware it was supposed to be a horror film) that our friendship grew into Brotherhood. X is one of the surprisingly most dependable people I know. And even though we argue about almost everything, I couldn't ask for a better brother and Groomsman.
