Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes! Room block as it Loew's Hotel. Please refer to the "Travel" tab with the details to secure your room.

What does Black-Tie Optional mean?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional means tuxes and gowns are preferable, but completely up to you. Otherwise, formal attire is fine! We really want our guests to wear something they can dance the night away in.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

We will have a free shuttle provided to and from Loew's hotel. The shuttle will run a few times between the hotel and venue prior the Ceremony (5:50pm, 6:00pm, and 6:15pm) in the front circle drive. The shuttle will provide return service back to the hotel for the following times (10:30pm, 11:30pm, and 12:45am). You are welcome to utilize the shuttle even if you are not staying at Loew's hotel. However, you will need to find transportation outside the roundtrip shuttle if you are not staying there.

With it being NYE, how late does the reception go til?

12:30AM! We've included a NYE countdown as we enter 2024. You're welcome to stay and party until the New Year!

Are children invited?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

If I plan on driving to the venue, where can I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot located on Baltimore Ave between West 18th and West 19th Street. This is located by the Baramee Thai Restaurant. You can leave your car overnight, but please be wary of it being downtown during a holiday weekend. There is also street parking available on both Wyandotte Street and Balitmore Avenue.

Is there an elevator available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you are needing elevator assistance, please proceed through the main Bauer building entrance and notify a Bauer member or the security guard in the lobby. They will assist you to the elevator.
