Picture It: It all started two years ago in Houston, Texas at (IAH). We had some delays and late meetings at work. The Alaska Airlines Manager would always make jokes about this ramp agent having special ladies taking care of him. He seemed really quiet and innocent. One day while working a PM shift, I started getting sick, runny nose, coughing and sneezing; anyone who knows me, know how bad my allergies are. He was going to Starbucks to get himself something and asked me if I wanted anything, of which I told him a hot green tea. When he returned he gave me the cup of tea and after the first taste I lost it. I asked him “do you not know what green tea is”, I was pissed (if you know me you know I really dislike when my food or drink is fixed wrong) so I went off, and he just stood there and took it all like a trooper. Once I was done he looked at me and asked if I was finished and went back to his office. That same night he messaged me to see how I was feeling, which made me feel bad for being so mean about the tea when he was only trying to help. My cousin would always tell him, "Hadley once you go Baker, you will never be the same." It was playful and innocent at first. We exchanged numbers and he escorted me to a few work events... the rest is history.
