We will have beverages waiting for your arrival, so plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to relax and socialize before the 3:30pm ceremony. We would like to limit the amount of cars driving onto the ranch after the ceremony has started as it will cause a distraction.
Plenty of parking is available at the venue. When you drive onto the ranch, the parking area will be to the right. Should you not be able to drive after the reception, you may request an Uber or Lyft, leave your car, and pick it up the following day by 11am!
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress to impress in your best semi-formal attire. No jeans please! Wear comfortable shoes as the ceremony and reception will be on grass and gravel. Ex: Suit (Jacket and Tie Optional) Ex: Cocktail Midi Dress The ceremony and reception will be held outside so please be prepared for any unexpected fall mountain weather!
We are celebrating with our favorite food --- PIZZA! We will have a wood-fired pizza company serving us some yummy food to start our night. If you have any food allergies or restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure you get to share our favorite meal with us. The pizza company does offer a gluten-free crust and can accommodate dairy-free as well, but we just need to let them know the head count.
Yes, there will be an open bar. The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you --- get ready to party!
