The Sofi + Ramsey love story starts off like your typical, digital-age Rom-Com: two match-maker best friends, a sky-high Snapchat streak, and a highly anticipated plane ride across the country. Sofi’s best friend Gaby and Ramsey’s best friend Nate had been dating for a while when they orchestrated Mission “Hook-Up-Our-Bffs”. They kicked off their master plan by having Ramsey send a personality video of himself “Bachelor”-style to Sofi, where he introduced himself and showed off his home state of Minnesota covered in snowy ice while wearing a short sleeve t-shirt. Ironically, it was the perfect ice breaker, easing Sofi and Ramsey into the first stages of their digital romance where they virtually communicated non-stop. Eventually, Sofi decided it was time to go beyond the rectangular dimensions of an iPhone screen and accompanied her best friend Gaby to Minneapolis to meet Mr. Compkeyz in person. It’s safe to say that, after meeting her future husband face-to-face that 4th of July, there was nothing short of fireworks and Sofi knew it was time to make her move…literally.
