Any advice with tips?

Answer

Recommended to bring $50 of single dollar bills for tips. Most tips of 1 to 2 dollars is more than appropriate of course depending on the service price.!

This is something we highly considered when selecting our location and based on our research it is very safe and our hotel has a security check in point!!

How far is the airport to the hotel?

Answer

The drive from the airport to the hotel is approximately 15 minutes and uber is about $139mx or $8 approximately!!

Where is uber pick up location at the airport?

Answer

When exiting the airport, you will turn left go to the end and turn left again and there will be a bridge with ramps you will cross over the bridge. Once crossed over walk pass small restaurants and that is the Uber pick up/drop off location.

Is hotel all inclusive?

Answer

Pending you bought the 3 night 4 day wedding package for $634 per person …The hotel is all you can eat, and all you can drink all day every day!!

Are the restaurants at the hotel part of the all inclusive package??

Answer

The restaurants at the hotel are part of the all inclusive package!! Reservations are required, and made at 8 AM first come first serve basis at the concierge desk!!

Is there just one pool at the hotel?

Answer

There is more than one pool!! If you are facing the ocean from the hotel …to the left of the buffet dining area there is an additional large swimming pool for you to enjoy!!

Is a shuttle available from airport to hotel?

Answer

No shuttle is available to or from airport from hotel. However, there are taxis and Ubers, We highly recommend to use Uber because is safer and has built-in prices that are best bargain! NOTE: When exiting airport at Puerto Vallarta there will be a rush of people offering rides and services … IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE!! cut through and get to outside 😅😅

What is dress attire for wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal is preferred! For the ladies we recommend block heels or wedges The reception will be in the “Jardin” garden which is primarily grass.

Yes!! bring the whole family, it is a kid friendly hotel!

Is the wedding ceremony or reception indoors or outdoors??

The ceremony and reception are both outside primarily in grass …. it will be in area that is called “El Jardín” the garden.
