This is your typical boy meets girl story with a little twist. Let's take you back to August of 2020 with the whole world on lockdown. Jordan had just lost his mom that January and decided to give online dating one last go, along came Jessica's profile and they matched! Jessica messaged first with no response for a couple of weeks, so she tries again. BOOM this one got Jordan to answer and away they went, talking every day for a couple of weeks. Then Jessica finally decides she wants to meet in person and the love story got it's true start and from there they never looked back!

Let's take this one back to about a week before the engagement. Jordan and Jessica were out running some errands, he convinced her to take a look at rings. Unbeknownst to Jessica, Jordan already had a ring at home waiting for their trip to Chicago the following weekend. Fast forward to the night of, they went out on a haunted Chicago tour and headed back to the hotel to figure out what the rest of the night would hold. Jordan wanted to go to the river walk to do some sightseeing, Jessica on the other hand was not a fan of this idea. He had to bribe her with desert if she went out for a bit of a walk. Little did she know that her life was about to change, and she just about missed the moment. They walked and walked and walked as Jordan waited for just the right moment when there weren't many people around to make it as intimate as possible. Then out of nowhere he got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. She was so excited that she forgot to answer for what felt like minutes but finally she decided to say YES! But don't you worry she still got her desert!
