Larkspur Ferry to San Francisco Pier 1
THURSDAY EVENT, NOV 30: Pleasant ferryboat ride, from the Larkspur Landing pier in Marin, to SF Pier 1. Plan is to browse the Pier 1 local shops; from Passage Bookstore, to Tacos, or Ice Cream, to Bluebottle coffee, to Cowgirl Creamery and Dandelion Chocolates. From the Pier, it is walking distance to check out bikes and ride the beach-adjacent paths, or even ride to Golden Gate Bridge, to visit the Cartoon Museum or the Exploratorium Science Museum, which both accept drop-in visits for an entrance fee. Surf Trip: Limantour Beach
THURSDAY EVENT: NOV 30, 7.00am to 11am. This event is for the adventurous surfers in the group. Ready for some NorCal Surf, and you are in town Nov 30th? RSVP your interest, by text to: 415.484.2373. :) Note: Proof Lab Surf Shop website is placed for getting your rental items or booties/hood rented/straightened out. Equator Coffee at Proof Labs opens at 7am, but if everyone brought their gear, the party may meet in a more central location.
Urban Lunch Hike with Cody and Rainbow
FRIDAY EVENT, DEC 1, noon-2pm: This was Rainbow and Cody's first hike together. So good! We meet at the Equator Coffee in Downtown Mill Valley, then walk to the Mill Valley Public Library, and begin our semi-urban but all magical trek through the paseos of Mill Valley, aside streams and waterfall, and in redwoods. We can vote on trail, or street; depending on the accessibility for all. Wear comfortable clothes.
Samuel P Taylor State Park - mostly flat amble through redwoods
This is so easy and flat, you could bring a motorized wheelchair. Or a regular wheelchair. Or a tricycle. Or practice your unicycle skills. :)
Karaoke at private event
FRIDAY EVENT, DEC 1 - 6:00PM - ? Attire: Cocktail Attire! Dress Evening FANCHY! Dark Sparkles, anyone? Shine those winkle-pickers and Doc Martens, and wax that mustache! The welcome party location is generously provided by the family at G Family Construction, the place of work for the Father of the Bride, Walter Underhill. We will be having a Karaoke party! The event will be catered, buffet style, and is a family friendly event. There will be meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. Participation is highly suggested! Bring your song requests from YouTube Karaoke selections, and we can add to the playlist.
