The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional.
A shuttle service will be provided to and from all events. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, we encourage you to park at the hotel and utilize the shuttle to enjoy your night safely. Please reference the Schedule tab for details.
Check in is at 4 pm. However, you can call in advance to request early check in. It is not promised, but the hotel does try their best to accommodate. Remember: the shuttle will depart at 3:45 pm to arrive at the Church. Even if you cannot get early check in, the hotel will allow you to check in & drop off your bags at the front desk. Guests will be able to check into their rooms upon return that night, as there is a 24/7 front desk attendant.
All events for the day will be held inside with the exception of the cocktail hour that will have an area outside for guests to enjoy the pizza oven and the outdoor grill food offerings.
Since we have huge extended families, we've chosen to limit our guest list to eighteen-year-olds and over, and we hope you understand.
