Yes, there is ample parking at the venue, however no cars can be left overnight. We will also be providing a shuttle to and from the hotels where we have room blocks.
The ceremony & reception will both be held indoors.
If your invitation indicates "and Family" then yes!
Please note that the ceremony and reception will be held in a greenhouse, for women, we recommend wearing a thicker heel. As far as dresses go, short and long dresses are welcome. For men, we recommend a suit or sports coat.
If your invitation indicates "and Guest", then yes! If not, we would prefer only your presence due to space.
The shuttle will first pick-up guests staying at the Hyatt Place Hendersonville-please be at the hotel entrance no later than 3:45PM (central/standard time). It will then retrieve guests staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Hendersonville at approximately 4:05. The shuttle will be bringing guests back to the hotels at 8:30 and 10pm.
