Dearest family and friends, In light of recent and quickly-moving updates about COVID-19, we wanted to update all of you about some difficult decisions we have had to make regarding the wedding. It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to cancel the wedding celebration and all related events. This decision was made with the health of all of our friends and family in mind and we are grateful to have such a strong support system. As of now, we still plan to have a small ceremony on March 22nd, with only immediate family, in order to minimize risk to ourselves, our family members, and the community. We know people have already made travel arrangements, and so we wanted to announce this news while there was still time to cancel these arrangements. As far as those who have reserved rooms at the Emory Conference Center Hotel, they allow for cancelation within 48 hours of the start of the reservation, so we encourage all those who planned to stay there to cancel their reservations while they are still within the window to do so. We are grateful for all the love and support every one of you has shown us in the last few weeks and months. We hope everyone stays healthy and safe. With love, Josh and Jen
