Paradisus Playa del Carmen

We have an obligation to the hotel to fill a certain number of rooms, so we highly encourage you to stay at the Paradisus Playa Del Carmen. We have negotiated a huge discount for our guests and an easy all-inclusive experience. ALL bookings must be made prior to 5/1/23, after that date, new bookings will be subject to a new rate, and resort availability. At booking, a deposit of one night is required to reserve. It is very important you book the standard room via link provided before any reservation changes or upgrades. A 3-night minimum is required. If you would like to stay longer than 3 nights, our discounted rate is eligible 3 days before and 3 days after our event! You can call the resort after booking via our link, to make these amendments. If you would like to upgrade beyond the Junior Suite offered in our package, you must book through our link, then contact via info below.

When you book, the only option available is the Junior Suite at the Family location. Once you book, please send me your confirmation information and I will put you in touch with our coordinator, Cesar. You can upgrade outside of our standard room-type if you would like! The standard room rate is $418/night all inclusive.

Shuttle Transport

We have subsidized shuttle transport for our guests to and from the Cancun Airport. Shuttles will be available for reservation on the following dates: Cancun Int'l > Paradisus Playa del Carmen -Monday December 4th -Tuesday December 5th Paradisus Playa Del Carmen > Cancun Int'l -Friday December 8th -Saturday December 9th The cost is $30 each way per head. Our friends at CEO Mexico will work with you directly to ensure smooth travel and keep track of flight status. Please email john@ceo-mexico.com to book and ask any questions. He will work with you to make payment before departure as well.

SHIP HAPPENS... If circumstances change and you can no longer attend, keep in mind there are cancelation deadlines. Please contact us if you have questions. Anything later than 11/4/23 will be subject to full cancellation penalties of the booking, with no refund.
