When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd ask that you please RSVP no later than Monday, April 1, 2024.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think suits, cocktail dresses, pant suits- no need for tuxedos although we'd encourage everyone to wear what feels best!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:15 so please plan to arrive by then.

What will the day look like?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are all in one location- at the Aria in Prospect, CT. Following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour, and then the reception which will include a night of dinner, drinks and dancing. The ceremony and reception will take place indoors, and there is a small garden area outdoors for the cocktail hour.

Is your wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place indoors so feel free to break out the stilettos if that’s your style!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Of course! We'd suggest either the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Southington or the Courtyard by Marriott Southing. To make things even easier, we have room blocks available at both suggested hotels which are each less than 15 minutes from the wedding venue. Check out the "Travel" section to find all of the information and direct links to book rooms in the room blocks!

Is there transportation provided to and from the wedding venue to the hotels?

Answer

We've arranged some shuttle transportation for those staying in either of the hotel room blocks who'd prefer to skip the driving. Ubers and Lyfts are also available in the area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available right on-site! And the best part is, our venue is all-in-one: ceremony, and reception!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please note this on your RSVP, but also feel free to text or call Rachel or Trevor via phone too!

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

At our ceremony, we invite you to be truly present and respectfully request that all cameras and phones be turned off. We promise to share photos taken by our talented professional photographer with you after the big day! After, at the reception, we encourage you to snap away and would love for our guests to post pictures to their social media channels! Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #BecomingtheBarones so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
