Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! Please be sure to RSVP for transportation to and from The Westin Crown Center and Longview Mansion. For those who RSVP'd for transportation, pickup is at the Westin Crown Center at 4:30 pm. We have two large charter buses and one smaller bus to transport all guests to the wedding venue. Guests will be able to board at 4:15. Please ask the Westin concierge if you have trouble locating the buses. If you miss the bus, you may find alternative transportation to the venue. Your space on the returning ride at the end of the night will still be reserved.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It is suggested that guests arrive between 4:45 and 5:20 PM, as the ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM. Nearly 3/4 of our guests are utilizing the group transportation. Let's cross our fingers for light traffic so we can get this party started on time!

Are kids welcome?

This will be an adult-only event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking to the east of the Mansion.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is preferred. Suggested attire includes: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks or suits. Our ceremony will be held outside on the west lawn. An indoor cocktail hour and reception will follow. Please keep comfort (and the sun) in mind. Rachel suggests leaving your stilettos at home.

Will I need sunglasses?

Answer

The ceremony is on the west law. Depending on cloud cover you may need sunglasses, although it's not necessary. Most of the guest seats are partially shaded.

Is there a grand exit?

Answer

We will exit at 9:45 PM with sparklers! The venue coordinators and DJ will help usher guests to the front lawn for our photo exit. Guests can then gather their items and board buses, if utilizing transportation.
