Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are both at Haue Valley. The ceremony will start at 5:00. We are hoping to start eating at 6:45.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

That's what we are planning for! However, it is August in Missouri. If it is raining or too hot, we will move the ceremony inside. Please dress accordingly.

When does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:30pm. IMPORTANT NOTE: Absolutely no cars can be left parked on the premises. Please feel free to utilize our shuttle service to/from Haue Valley. More information is provided in the "Accommodations" tab.

Is the reception open bar?

Answer

Yes please enjoy drinks on us! There will be a selection of beer, wine, mixed drinks, & signature drinks.

Can I bring a plus one/my child(ren)?

Answer

Plus ones will be noted on your invitation. We are having an adults only ceremony and reception. The only kids that will be at the wedding are our jr. bridesmaids, ages 10 & 12.

Are there accommodations for COVID?

Answer

Absolutely. Haue Valley has great guidelines in place to accommodate for the health and safety of our guests. There is currently not a specific capacity limit in place, but we are socially distancing tables and requesting the social distancing of guests. We also request that our guests stay home if they feel sick, have been in contact with anyone who is sick, or would feel more comfortable not participating in a group gathering. Masks are not required at this time but are welcomed, & we are encouraging hand washing and regular use of the provided hand sanitizer. - There will be assigned seating so that connected & mingled groups are purposely seated together & unconnected groups are not. - After the ceremony, the DJ will release guests to the bar table by table to avoid a long line for drinks. - Caterers will be serving food at the buffet one table at a time. Appetizers will be served directly from the caterer or pre-portioned. - & many other things behind the scenes!
