From the first day they met during their FSU graduate program in Hispanic Literature, it was clear that they would be lifelong friends. With a passion for replying to fools on Twitter, Gus brings a sense of adventure and positivity to every gathering. We’re thrilled to have him with us, making our special day even more memorable.

Meet Usma! Rachel's childhood best friend from Gainesville. Together, they ventured through elementary, middle, high school, and all of the feelings and adventures that followed. Usma is a loyal friend and her warmth is contagious. She currently lives in Chicago with her sweet husband Raffay and BIG dog (when they're not busy globetrotting). We are honored to have her in our bridal party!

Meet Isaac Richardson, one of the esteemed members of our wedding party. With a heart of gold and a contagious smile, he has been a close friend to Josh since middle school band and has been an integral part of his life ever since. Isaac is known for helping people through his career in social work and petsitting - specifically dogsitting our dog, Dee Oh Gee. We are thrilled to have him by our side on this special day, sharing in our joy and celebration.

Meet Liz! Rachel's soon to be sister in law and sweet companion. Rachel and Liz have shared many dinners, walks, and drinks together while bonding over good music and books. Liz is an adventurer and brings a momentum and drive to every moment. She currently resides in Pittsburgh as a biomedical engineer with her sweet dog who is still studying for his degree. We are honored to have her next to us!

Elaa and Rachel have spent countless nights laughing, talking, all while consuming their favorite Bollywood movies and Duck Dynasty episodes. Elaa is electric, witty, and so very kind. She recently moved from NYC to California for an exciting new step in her career. We are thrilled to share this day with her by our side.

Meet Sona! Another Gainesville jewel, Sona and Rachel thankfully crossed paths many times throughout middle and high school and beyond. They were crew teammates for a year, roomies at a week long villa stay on the Italian countryside, and holiday party companions. She is a shoulder to lean on, and has excellent dessert taste. Sona resides in Manhattan when she's not on FTO in Europe. We can't wait to celebrate with her!

Meet Shaleen! A true multitasker, Shaleen is the best dancer, doctor, book clubber and companion on the East Coast. She is another Gainesville jewel that Rachel has known and loved for over a decade. Shaleen is a beacon of positivity and when in her company it's hard not to smile. Luckily for Rachel, book club meets every couple of weeks! Shaleen currently is doing her residency in NYC.
