How far is the ceremony location from the reception location?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at the Liberty Oak Tree. This is approximately a 5 minute walk from the Harbour Town Clubhouse where the reception will be held. For reference, please see the map above for exact locations of each venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided and rideshare availability may be limited. We recommend either staying within walking distance to the venue or choosing a designated driver for the night of the wedding. Please see the "Travel" section of our website for specific guidance on lodging and transportation.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on-site at the wedding venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There is a section of the RSVP form to list all food allergies.

Is there a dress code?

Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! Check the schedule for dress code guidance for specific events.

If I am staying outside of Sea Pines and driving to the ceremony, will I need to pay a fee at the entrance gate?

Answer

No, Sea Pines sets up "gate clearance" for all guests on the day on the wedding. All you need to do is provide the name of the wedding to the officer at the entrance gate in order to drive into Sea Pines.
