Question

Do you have any recommendations for where to stay?

Answer

We have several hotel blocks with discounted rates. You can find these on the "Travel" tab of the website. There are many other options for where to stay, depending on your budget and preferences. Home rentals (via AirBnB or VRBO, for example) can also be a great option. If you have questions about a certain hotel/home/neighborhood, send Rachel or Brent a text!

Question

I have mobility concerns, will the events be easily navigable with seating available?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside, a short walk from the parking lot and entrance to the reception venue. There are paved pathways but please let us know if you will need additional assistance, which we will be happy to provide. The reception will not have assigned seating, and there will be fewer seats than we have guests. If you would like to make sure there is a seat reserved for you, please let us know!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary concerns. There will be passed items and various food stations and we want to make sure that everyone can safely eat their fill!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is lots of parking available at the Audubon Tea Room, where our ceremony and reception will be held.
