Once you cross the boarder into Mexico from the Tijuana Boarder location, the first right you can take will take you on a toll road that will cost $6 each way (have cash ready), and is very safe. The toll road is federally upkeep and Coastal Baja California is one of the safest places in Mexico. Baja, CA is populated with mostly vacation homes. The house the party is located in is in a gated community. If there is an emergency Life flight is not far away to take you back to the US. This is a foreign country and if you're stupid, stupid things will happen to you. Be smart, be safe.
