What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie optional. Feeling dressy? Strut your stuff! Feeling more casual? Come relaxed!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

HOT! HOT! HOT! Our wedding and reception will all be indoors, so you will be safe from the heat! We suggest dressing light for any outside adventures.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both will be held at Marathon Music Works (Address listed under the "Schedule" section of the website).

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or ourdoors?

Answer

Both will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour to follow the ceremony. The bar will open and hors d'oeuvre's will be served.

Does the wedding have a theme?

Answer

While we are not doing an "all out" themed wedding, we will have a few "music festival" aspects throughout the night.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

We will have free parking available for guest! We will update this info as soon as we finalize parking locations.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend guests stay?

Answer

We have limited blocks available at The SpringHill Suites. Link can be found on the "Travel" section of the website.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We ask that RSVP's be made by no later than July 10th. We do have an "RSVP" option on our website, as well as a mail back option that will be attached to the invitation.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

We will have light hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour as well as an open bar for beer and wine. For dinner we will be serving a buffet of Pulled Pork and Pulled chicken as well as a salad bar and mac & cheese bar from Edley's BBQ. A local Nashville restaurant. And of course some sweets for later in the evening.

Answer

We are registered though Zola and Amazon. Links can be found under the "registry" section of our website.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

We do not have transportation provided, but suggest using Uber or Lyft for travel.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that the ceremony be "wireless". Please enjoy the moment with us and save all photos for after the ceremony.
