Lynchburg Regional Airport: One of the two regional airports we are recommending for weekend travel. Only 10 minutes from the wedding location, and nearby many hotel options, this would be our first pick recommendation for flights. Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport: The other regional airport we would recommend for weekend travel. About an hour from the wedding location and Rustburg, VA, this is still a great recommendation for flights. Perk: you'll be in our city! We plan to return to Roanoke after breakfast on Sunday morning. This can be another good option if you plan to rent a car.

International Airport Options

Richmond International Airport: outside of Richmond, VA, about 2.5 hours from venue. Raleigh-Durham International Airport: outside of Raleigh-Durham, NC, about 2.5 hours from venue. Dulles International Airport: outside of Washington, DC, about 3.5 hours from venue. Charlotte Douglas International Airport: in Charlotte, NC, about 3.5 hours from venue. Any of these can be good options if you plan to rent a car and can snag a deal.

This hotel is a great option centered between the hotel where the unofficial after-party will be (at the Virginian Hotel) and the venue (Glencliff Manor).
