We're getting married!

Ours is the classic love story of 'Philly girl' meets 'Jersey boy' in the Big Apple. After matching on Bumble, we had our first date at Handcraft Cocktail Bar in Murray Hill - halfway between our two apartments. It was March of 2021 - when indoor dining restrictions were still in effect - so we had to sit outside in 25 degree weather under a tiny heat lamp while we sipped on our cocktails. In spite of our frozen toes, we bonded over our love of 90s Movies and TV shows, our favorite neighborhood restaurants, Peloton routines, and our "hockey moms". Our first date turned into a second and then a third - and pretty soon we were spending most of our free time together strolling through Madison Square Park, re-watching Adam Sandler movies, and just enjoying city life together. Fast forward a couple years and Leah passed the Cousins Xmas test with flying colors while Steve became hooked on Jewish deli fare and the Pressman-family brisket. As our love grew for one another, we finally abandoned our respective studio apartments to move into our first place together in Chelsea, NYC. Leah's delicious, home-made cooking and Steve's handy-man skills proved to be the perfect complement. As they built their life together, on a quiet Saturday afternoon in February, Steve walked Leah to one of their favorite spots in Madison Square Park - where their love first blossomed - and popped the question. And she said "Yes"! We're so excited to continue sharing our lives together with friends and family and to celebrate on our big day!
