Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us.

Richa

Maid of Honor

I have known her my whole life. She's my big sister and best friend who has always got my back, be it buying a dress for the prom or a new laptop for my very first job. She has a baby face so DO NOT ASK ME who's the elder one!

Adriana

Bridesmaid

She was my first friend in Canada that meant family to me. We lived together sharing an apartment in Vancouver and have beautiful memories of me sipping wine while she obsesses over cleaning the counter. She was the first one to give me nightly hugs and made me the hugger I am today.

Meg

Bridesmaid

I met Meg on Bumble BFF (There's a pattern here) and we became instant friends. All we needed was a very expensive shopping day at Aritzia and some coffee. She's also a smart computer engineer so please refer to her for all technology related problems or queries.

Carly

Bridesmaid

One fine day I asked my very first serious question on our annoying townhouse chat group to see if anyone is interested in going to the gym with me and this is how I met Carly. I remember seeing her for the first time without a mask and thinking how gorgeous she is. As the time went, I realized she's a beautiful person inside and out and I love my time with her in the gym, at Frankie G's, and in her inflatable pool!

Harmit

Bridesmaid

My one and only sister in law. She's one of the most sweet and caring person I know who spoils me with food, gifts, and lots of love. With her bringing a new addition to the Sharma family, I think I'd be more than okay sharing the "baby of the house" title with my little nephew.

Tanis

Bridesmaid

I feel like I have watched so many movies where the boy brings the girl to introduce to his family and there's a sassy sarcastic sister who wouldn't approve the girl. Well...nothing like that happened in my case as I felt like a part of the family since day one and Tanis has been a huge part of that. I am so glad to have found a sister here to watch Bollywood wives and to go keto shopping with!

Scott

Best Man

I met Scott early on in high school, and we quickly became close friends. I can remember us on almost a weekly basis taking the bus into Vancouver and wandering around Pacific Center, and going into one of our favourite stores, Armani Exchange (haha). We both had very similar cars (that resembled police cruisers) and would park next to each other every morning in our unofficially reserved parking spots. His house was also the de-facto place where everyone would come and watch UFC and eat copious amounts of Chinese or Greek food.

Spencer

Groomsman

Spencer and I connected through our mutual friend, Scott. Initially, Scott told Spencer that I would be joining in on a group activity, and Spencer backed out because he didn’t want to hang out with a new person. We ended up getting over that barrier and have become good friends. One of my early memories of Spencer was doing the Grouse Grind together and him crushing me. But, during the pandemic, when things were closed, Spencer caught the endurance sports bug, and we did an ultra-marathon together in Port Moody, and I beat him (after five years, sweet, sweet revenge).

Piyush

Groomsman

Piyush and I still haven't been able to meet in person due to the pandemic and visa constraints. However, we do share some similar hobbies, such as strength training, hiking, and running. So, when we finally are able to connect in person (which should be this year), we will have lots of activities to bond over. I am looking forward to gaining a brother!
