I am unable to attend what should i do?

Answer

Whilst you will be truly missed, if you are unable to attend we would be grateful if you could RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we can plan accordingly.

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with our nearest and dearest! We are afraid that we cannont accomodate additonal guests unless stated otherwise already on your invites.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately as much as we'd love to invite all of the children of our family and friends, we can only accomdate imidiate children only. We hope you will understand this decision and that you will still join us on our very special day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our wedding we kindly ask that you join us in semi-formal seasonal attire. We reccommend a jacket for the time of year. We are a sucker for comfortable clothing so ladies... please feel free to bring sandles, slippers or platform shoes if wearing heels as i know there is only so long our feet can handle. Rest those dancing feet! We ask that the colours BURNT ORANGE and SAGE GREEN are NOT worn due to this being part of the colour scheme for the bride and groom party........ and of course also the colour WHITE. We cannot wait to celebrate with you in style!

Can i take pictures?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present with us during one of the most special moments of our lives, we are having a "unplugged" ceremony. We have professional photographers who will capture those special moments. We will of course share our photos with you all afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you all to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away! (Sauron will be watching across Middle Earth all the way from Mordor)

Can i share photos on social media?

Answer

of course, we welcome you to share our special day! However, we kindly request that guests do not post any photos of the Bride and Groom on social media until they have had the opportunity to do so first.

Food Allergies

Answer

Not to worry we are aware of food allergies within the familes and these will be addresed when it come to dinner plans whatever they may be...

Will there be a free bar?

Answer

Unfortunatly not we do not live within the Lonley Mountain nor Rivendell. However welcome drinks will be provided and drinks for the toast will also be provided. So unfortunatly aside from the drinks provided you will have to pay for your own drinks. Dont worry grandad you will have plenty of tea to drink.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Well I'm glad you asked! Free parking for all attending guests whether that be cermony or reception rest assured you dont have to park in a multi-story and get the bus... Method of travel perfered: - Broomstick - Camel - Pumpkin Coach (being close to Halloween) - Pony borrowed from Bilbo Baggins in the Shire

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

When it comes to accomadation East Horton Golf Club doesn't offer this, however it is partnered with its sister hotel "Marwell Hotel" if you do choose to stay you will be provided with a discounted room cost. (Details to of this will be updates as soon as we are aware) Alternativley there are many hotels within the surrounding areas.

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

All good things must come to an end! Our wedding will end at Midnight. Due to the location of the venue, we strongly recommend prebooking a taxi if required.
