How many people do you plan on attending?

Answer

As of now, the State of California and our venue are allowing us to have a 150-person outdoor ceremony and reception. We plan on having around 130 people. If you are feeling uncomfortable with this arrangement and do not wish to attend, we completely understand and promise to not be offended should you choose to opt out.

Will you require guests to get tested for COVID-19 prior to the wedding?

Answer

If you have not been fully vaccinated by the wedding date, our venue is asking that our guest be tested and provide proof of negative test results dated no later than May 19th, 2021. In this situation, negative test results and positive attitudes are WELCOME!

Are you requiring your guests to get the COVID-19 vaccine prior to attending the wedding?

Answer

Given vaccines have not been widely distributed to the whole population, this is not a requirement. However, it is very much encouraged if you are given the opportunity! Our Venue will not require you to provide negative COVID test results if you can provide proof of vaccination!

Will masks be required?

Answer

You are more than welcome to wear a mask, should you wish to! Our venue is asking for our wedding guests to wear a mask should they go into any of the common areas of the Hotel. This includes the bathrooms, restaurant, bar, etc. If you are in the area of our wedding where no other hotel guests are located, we are not requiring you to wear a mask. We will have additional masks on hand, should you forget to bring your own.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. For dinner, guests will be seated with up to 8 people per table. There will be outdoor heaters and fire pits to keep you warm throughout the night!
