Since both of us are vegetarians, we are having a vegetarian wedding! We will have appetizers passed around during cocktail hour and plenty of desserts too :) Please pick one of the four meals for plated dinner below: 1. Southwest Stuffed Sweet Potato Half a roasted sweet potato stuffed with southwest mix of roasted vegetables, finished with a lime crema. 2. Vegetable Jalfrezi (gf, vegan) Vegetables sauteéd in a yellow coconut curry, served on a bed of white rice. Topped with scallions and peanuts. 3. Cauliflower and Mushroom Bolognese (vegan) Classic Bolognese made with cauliflower and mushroom, served over rigatoni. 4. Tortellini Pesto Cheese filled tortellini tossed with seasonal roasted vegetables and pesto!)
