In 2016, we met at Bryan’s work. Bryan was working at the same place as Kylie’s friend as a lifeguard. One day while Bryan was on break, he decided to join Kylie and her friend for lunch. From that day on, Kylie and Bryan were always texting and facetiming. Eventually, Kylie started to visit Bryan at work on Sundays when he was working the closing shift. After weeks went by of the visits, Bryan got the courage to ask Kylie to prom as friends ;). Finally, weeks after, Bryan took the shot and kissed Kylie.

In July, Kylie and Bryan went on a cruise with friends. While at one of the destinations, Bryan asked Kylie to go into a jewelry store and try on some rings. He wasn’t planning on buying anything but it just so happened that Kylie started to not feel good. So, she went back to the boat and Bryan ended up buying the ring that she liked! From there, Bryan hid the ring in their friend's safe, as he had no intentions on proposing on the cruise. However, waiting with the ring was eating him alive and he had to do it! The next night, Bryan and his friend had the girls go to an ice skating show, and they said they needed to go talk to customer service. In reality, they went to the photographer on the ship, and Bryan booked a proposal shoot for the following night. When they got back to the show, they told the girls they had won a free photo shoot, complimentary of Customer Services. The next night, the night of the proposal, they all went to dinner like normal. Bryan was so nervous that he did not even eat dinner! After dinner, they met with the photographer to start taking photos. The photographer took photos of everyone first and then told them that they were going to take couple photos. Bryan and Kylie were first. After a few photos, Bryan popped the question!
