Question

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We have a shuttle available to bring you to and from. However if you plan to leave the reception early you will need to find different transportation.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 8, 2024. If we don't receive your RSVP or personally hear from you, we will not be expecting you on our big day!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at the Hyatt House Downtown Nashville with a discount code. Check the hotel section on this website for more info.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invite did not include 'and family' please do not bring your little humans. Unfortunately, we are limited in capacity, and although we love your children we cannot accommodate them.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:15 pm. We will start at 4:30 pm.

Are there any other wedding festivities that I should know about?

Answer

We will have welcome drinks on Thursday night at The Rare Bird—please see schedule section for the address. And we will be hanging out in downtown Nashville on Sunday if you’d like to join!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite did not say “and guest” we ask that you please do not bring a plus one. We are limited in space and although we wish we could celebrate with more people we can’t.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot at the ceremony and reception which are in the same place.
